F
færge
Definition
Ferry. A dashed line across water on a map usually marks a ferry route, sometimes labelled with the operator or the crossing. Some ferries carry only passengers and bicycles, while others take cars. Long crossings, such as the route to Bornholm, are trips in their own right, and wind or season can change schedules, so reserve if possible and leave a buffer before the departure.
